Dorethea Edwards, MBA, M.Ed
Dorethea Edwards is originally from Detroit, Michigan. She's the Executive Director of Together We'll Stand Inc., a nonprofit public charity (501 c 3), and has held that position for 16 years. Her dance studio, PEARLfect Dancers, opened in August 2021, in San Antonio, Texas. Beyond her non-profit work, she has a diverse background that stems from the nonprofit, public, private, and government sectors spanning for 15 years. She is the Executive Director for SA Youth Programs Community Events Center, LLC.
She is a human resources subject matter expert and consultant, with expertise in training and development, resume writing, workforce management, training programs development, human capital management, policy and procedural compliance, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring. She holds three degrees: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Master's degree in Personnel Adminstration (HR), both from Central State University, in Wilberforce, Ohio, Masters degree in Business Adminstration in Management, Innovation, and Creativity from Wright State University in Beavercreek, Ohio. She is currently a Doctoral student in the Business Administration program at Liberty University.
She currently resides in Texas with her daughter.

JacQuaye Jacobs, MBA
JacQuaye A. Jacobs, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, is a proud alumna of the Historically Black College & University, Central State University, where she pledged Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and earned her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communications and Marketing. She then obtained her Master of Business Administration degree in Project Management from Ursuline College.
JacQuaye has 8 years of experience as a grant funder and 15 years as a grant-writer at private foundations. She brings a 360 degree view of grant expertise. JacQuaye is a proponent of change, believes in service and has a high regard for diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism work, serving as a mentor and community advocate.
She resides in San Antonio, Texas with her two children.
Why we LOVE what we do!
We take passion and align it with regulations. Organizations are established from a person with a vision and heart to serve, but have not been educated on all the facids of nonprofit management and as a result do not have the governing documents in place to provide to the government, grant donors, or others who request to understand the spirit and intent of their business. Enterprise Nonprofit Solutions LLC will take a person's passion and align it with IRS and/or State requirements to give the organization the foudation for which it was lacking during the business formation process.
